Mint GTi6 gear knob

Have you had this knob in your mouth?
if not how do you know it tastes of mint!

My knob has often been rubbed with a special lotion to maintain the skin around it. The skin is still very soft and supple whilst underneath, its still rock solid and really does sit in your hand well. The tip still has a nice shine with no cracks or scuffs and the skin around it has not started to come away from it.
