Ive been doing my best to lose weight for about 2 month now the first month i was at the gym didn't really change my eating and i wasn't seeing any difference, i booked a personal trainer after speaking to her i changed my diet alot cut down massively, and eat more frequently as it speeds you metabolism up, and that helps to burn fat. So far in the 1 month ive changed my diet ive dropped just over 1 stone and got a fair amount of muscle gain to since the pt sessions. Not really seen any differences in weight loss looking at my self apart from on scales but can tell with the muscle build up.
So i say change your eating eat smaller potions more times a day, (eat good stuff tho) dont eat 10 chocolate bars though out the day
Thats my opinion any way. Im loving the gym at the min it is quite addictive carnt wait to get the weight off and have some muscle
