Its definitely looking like its time to be scrapped, I think I could fix most of it but not where it starts getting close to the subframe like that as the rust goes behind the reinforced bit.
My bet its those 2 holes at the top which let in water and it then just runs straight through and down to the rails and the hole in the side of the leg that lets water in too.
Maybe worth welding them up on the more modern 306's?
