help with fans not working.

Hi all. Recent trip to the alps in the hdi and with a few traffic jams it became apparent that both fans arent working.

I can work my way around the rallye engine bay not a problem but the hdi is a different ball game. Relays appear ok. Can only fine one sensor a 3 pin one which gibe the dash reading. Thats ok and not sure if there is another that controls the fans.

Any help?
