I normally use trolly jacks at each side under beam, and a scissor jack under the back of the trailing arm to adjust the angle, or else itl go up front first. have done countless beams this way working by myself, takes about 5 minutes to lift it up / catch the bolts.
If you have a friend nearbye, you can do it much easier with just one jack in center.
