You might get away with it, but will probably find you need longer bolts, i'm not sure how deep the hub face is on ford wheels... If you can't do them up at least a full five turns before they're tight, then you need longer ones really. By size i assume you mean m10, m12, m14, etc, in which case yes, pug and ford are both m12, the threads are different sizes though.
