some, if not most, weld the wastegate shut on the td04...thus achieveing often close to 30psi...but theres not much gain above 25psi from what I have seen of RR charts...

170bhp should be easily attainable I would think...but unless you have HDi rods, you may be dramatically reducing the engine life pushing harder than that
