Cheap German turbos

The 'mericans probably can run them with low stress since they have huge 7 litre cummins lumps that make lazy power and so they don't need a lot of boost. Also I was reading on a forum about a yank guy rebuilding the turbo just to rebalance it because he reckoned that was the reason that they fail often.
