On a first look she seems sound enough, only a few areas with rust appearing - around the panel joins at the front, on the rear boot floor join and under the nsr footwell. The sunroof glass is bowed and the mechanism needs a refresh as it doesn't wind down if you fully extend it. Front shocks could do with replacing, as could the rear tyres. One injector is leaking up from around the base, the glow plug relay is missing and there's a minor oil leak down the back of the block. Oh, and tye battery light is on. That's pretty much it apart from minor niggles like a permamently locked glovebox or the sticky mech on the drivers seat lever.
The plan is to fix all the immediate issues so Charli has a reliable daily, first up being the sunroof. Next will be a full strip down: grind out and treat the rust patches, welding as required, then full underseal and waxoyl underneath and respray the engine bay. Engine will get a health check, sort that injector and any weepy gaskets, then new aux belts and fluids.
For once this is a project of mine that should have regular updates, as this first stage needs to be complete by the end of August.

Has perfectly adequate boost. :p Although it has already occured to me that if the turbo's knackered a gt15 would be nice on one of these...
Forgot to mention it needs a new exhaust too, but that shouldn't be an issue with all these old bits of hdi pipe lying around lol.
