I went to the gym when I was 20 for a year and a half, in that time I went from 11stone to 13.5stone, last year I was 15.2stone and 25yrs old, but that wasn't in shape, I got comfy with the Gf and let my self slip, I was fed up with been overweight, especially coming from been so skinny to looking good and in shape. I've since lost over 1.5stone and I'm at 13.10 now, I've just basically cut my food portions down and cut the takeaways until treat day at the weekend.
I feel a lot better with myself now, but I'm still a way off to get the shape back.
