Hmmmm, that could be your problem mate. Without being too stereotypical: Mining towns (now the mines are closed) tend to have high levels of unemployment and with that comes higher crime rates, unemployed people are also a higher insurance risk (read worse drivers), there's higher proportions of uninsured drivers ETC
Yeah its possible. But strange if they came round here theyd change there price. Dont even see boy racers round here. And theres no younge drivers on road cos theyre all unemployed and cant afford a car.
