Gauging Interest Bolt on T25 for XUD
#1
Providing my TD04 goes on without any problems in the next week or so I will no longer be needing my T25.

It was rebuilt by Dave11 including a 360 thrust bearing and welded wastegate and I've probably covered less than 2,000 miles with it fitted prior to selling up my 306.

I was running 26~28 PSI on a gov/lda 9mm pump & FMIC and a few people can vouch it was pretty quick and sounded sweet (counting on you Andy and Danny). Tongue

With a modified 9mm pump no reason why it couldn't pull 170BHP, Jenks certainly did. With 11mm no reason why it couldn't pull 190BHP.

Just bear in mind its quite a laggy turbo, which some people prefer. I read a thread over on a Saab forum recently which was describing it as being almost as big as a TD05 but can't find the link unfortunately. Just do some research if you are unsure what your buying!

Any questions, please ask.

My old car it was fitted too:

And some size differences between the T2 (largest stock turbo) and the T25:
