User Legislation volume 5a, subsection iii paragraph 3 states that the smiley can only be used in such circumstances as sneaky but genuine purchasing of vehicles bearing the 306 badge, or items pertaining to aforementioned vehicles. It may also be used to signify short sentences in [size40][/size40] at the bottom of threads making other forum users aware of the users intention to 'play the waiting game'

It cannot be used to mislead, misguide or otherwise pervert any reader's mind into assuming that a vehicle as mentioned in paragraph 2 (above) or items pertaining to the aforementioned vehicle in paragraph 2 (above) have been purchased with the intention of fitment to a vehicle bearing the badge 'xsi', particularly if the bodywork is the second most homosexual of colours the aforementioned vehicle was produced in.


I would consider a 2 week time-out ban for the offender to be adequate compensation for the offence, and would then consider the matter closed.

I'm considering adding this to the rules, and fulfilling the ban for the well worded report

I am wondering what the most homosexual of colours for a 306 is though, if it's not manstone.
