That's because you've done it wrong mate, they're easy to remove and if done right they'll go back on again good as new
quite possibly! How are you taking them apart? I drilled out the sprews on the back of the badge D:
I just buzz the fixings lightly with a drill bit to break the bond, the tips of the fixings are only melted slightly to hold the badge on. Takes seconds to get the badge off using this method and no damage...........ever
