tbh I'd sell the good parts on ebay and get the rest to the scrapyard

slightly offtopic but if you liked the Golf why don't you get another one? If all the PDs have failed, try a VP pumped diesel? I'm driving a VP110 at the moment and it's not really fast, it's a little less economic than a PD and probably worse than a XUD from the technical point of view but I'm sure it's alot more reliable than a PD. also it's a VAGAY but i'm trying to ignore that Wink
