central locking locks and unlocks

Got a good friend with ph2 turbo diesel...

coming to stay soon to see us all but also to get a service and get things fixed

an issue she has is that when she locks the car it locks all the doors and unlocks straight away!

BUT a garage has recently, as some expense, repaired the door looms.

so...what would it be? a locking motor? or a jammed lock?

I ask as if I need a part...I want to have it ready!

What's the loom "repair" like?
Only had this when the wires where sorting out in the worn door loom.
