the map shows to me it needs more higher revving to make it efficient and as an EXAMPLE the RS really gets on boost at 4000rpm

Its not quite that simple! I suggest you do some more reading. A good start point is garretts own website. although a 2560 is taking the pisscuit on an xud imo.
And if you honestly can't find one, you're not searching properly/hard enough. Should be a few knocking about, but I suspect it being a case of budget? In which case it will help you to know which vehicles have your turbo, and search them up instead.
