After having owned my Hoffmann backbox and decat pipe for a while now I'm finally getting around to having it fitted.
The centre section currently on the car seems to be in good condition and is either the original part or a decent pattern. It has one silencer box.
I'm wondering whether it would be worthwhile spending the £47 on a 'race tube' from Hoffmann which is basically a straight-through mid pipe?
How much will it affect the noise? (little'un is in the car quite often)
Will it really make much more of a performance gain?
Will I regret not doing it at a later stage?
Hmmmmm
Your experiences would be most welcome
