People questioning you on why you moddify your car. Guy yesterday was lecturing me saying, "why don't you get a decent car in the first place and leave it!"
It's a hobby! I'd be board stiff if I didn't have my Pug to mess about with on weekends.
Sorry for the rant, just does my head in lol

I get this a lot and reply with 'why don't you get a decent car' because the majority of people that lecture us about modifying have shit cars and have no interest in cars. lol

Exactly! The guy who lectured me has a ford focus (not a bad car by any means, just a bit boaring) he just kept going on about the money spent on modifying cars. If its a hobby, you do it cause you want to, not to make money.
