Are there supposed to be pictures?
I have plenty to add if anyone wants to know.
Bosch pump - you need a lucas injector line, it's Number 2 if counting from gearbox end. If using bosch bracket it'll also need some removing as it doesnt sit flush because of engine mount.
Turbo - fouls on steering as mentioned. Pig to get working properly. Needs 1cm dent in the outlet pipe to clear steering universal joint. Thankfully the outlet is steel and not cast, so techically it would be very easy to weld some onto to get the correct exhaust positioning, thus not having to smash ten bells out of the bulkhead and not having to buy a different downpipe.
RPM sensor. In the middle of the flywheel, there's a round protrusion (not the little lug), from the outer edge of this measure 106mm outwards to a suitable flat area at the back of the block. Drill to 16mm and insert sensor. Dumdums is holding itself in.
Sump, Grind off both round bits on the cambelt side. Also grind off upper left aircon mounting.
Coolant pipes, original 1.9 matrix hoses onto port on RHS of head and the pipe you have to bend that fouls the master cylinder. Cut down to length.
To plumb in oil cooler you'll need an additional waterpipe from oil warmer/cooler round to the open port on the waterpump.
Basically, just use as much 1.9 stuff as you can to make life easier when shoehorning into a 306.
Dont forget to take out the bit of nylon in the crank (flywheel end) before the box goes on.
Use 2.1 aux pulley.
Dont forget to add diesel, not veg on freezing days.
