exhaust options?

Search dum-dum 3" exhaust on you tube and listen to the sound of the 3" system on mine, It sounds epic, almost scooby like.

3" is f*cking huge. I think on a HDi anything more than 2.5" and youll only be doing it for noise rather than power especially with how restrictive the exhaust manifold and turbo elbow are.

IIRC I bought the parts from ashley and they only do one 3" silencer and it would have to be a back box due to the size.

I paid £187 for a 1M straight, 3x 45* bends and a silencer in 3" and I then cut a 4" tip off a really cheap back box from elsewhere.

The restrictive turbo elbow can always be removed and replaced upon fitting a larger blower , but you're right, I want the epic noise, but want to keep it legal, and it'd also be nice to be able to get home at night without waking up the whole town! TBH the straight through I had wasn't too loud, and my current setup is silent in comparison!
