Exactly this. I have 2. The first one I got had the eleastic snapped off and was £20. The second one I got was mint and was £25. I just put it on for the long Journey from Ipswich to liverpool when I come to university. I forget most of the time though and it remains hanging up on the peg with all the coats!
As soon as mine gets wet ill dry it out.
