Damn I love Cumbria...
I used to be an assistant manager in a couple of pubs, and I used to do holiday cover at other pubs in the chain. For 2 months I'd drive from Leeds, up through Skipton and then through the dales up to Kirby Stephen over the buttertubs pass, then drive back 3 days later for a couple of days off. Best commute ever
