No worries! Thanks again for the help getting my flywheel 

Clutch bolted and welded in place, then a little sikaflex round the edges to stop water getting in (i didn't weld it all the way round in case I ever want to remove it)

Cleaned up the engine bay and did some painting whilst engine is out

Friction disk has been ordered so should be bolted back together on wednesday. I was going to get ford galaxy friciton disk but they always come with a pressure plate which I don't need, and they cost a lot. C G Motorsport (http://www.clutch-specialists.co.uk/) are making me a friction disk for about half the price of a clutch kit from all my local motor factors.
