Even a single worn glow plug will bring up that fault code. Did you change the CKP (crank positon sensor) for a brand new one or not? I had a look at the the CKP on rowells estate, no damage but was coated in metal filings so is a magnet sensor. The air gap between that and the flywheel teeth only has to be a tiny bit wrong to mess up the ECU readings. So if I was you I'd make sure that sensor is exactly the right one!
