On a serious note, yes the guy is well within his rights to travel as he keeps saying but what he hasn't mentioned is that technically, you have to have permission to use the highways with a power veichle by means of tax and a licence if applicable.
All he's done there is blagged his way round by basically trying to confuse the copper with all sorts of terminology that probably wasn't even right!
The blokes a bell end and I do hope he gets done for no tax, licence, mot, Insurance or displaying his reg.
