Oh lol wasn't typing in the right thing then lol
Took the coillys apart this morning gave them a wire brush down cleaned all the threads out so the screw bit gose up and down freely and put them all back together (will cover them in grease when im ready to put em on car)

Found out one of the screw caps that holds the shock in place was lose so tightened that up..........
Dose it matter were the helper spring goes?? can it be at the bottom or top??
