HDI won't start

Everything looks to be fine in the dash, car just won't start. Computer can't connect to the ecu to read any codes, so I can't find out about the sensors. I assume all the sensors are there, this is the first problem I have had with it so have never really had to have a proper look in it. You have ideas whats wrong with yours?
