I use a sealey polisher with 3M/Lake county pads i've used it just over 8 years now (bought it to clean the 306 
) alway get good results i have also used a Meguiars 220 which i found to be good a lot lighter than my sealey, also used a silverline which was heavier than the sealey and didnt spin as fast but that was only 30-40 quid where my sealey was 280
