Get standard Brembo discs then.

Or search mtec on eBay.

Are we American? No - right, discs it is then.

Save your money on discs, they make no difference, not one lump of metal grips better than another or dissipates heat better... It's all in the pads.

I've had both Mintex M1144s and I thought they were ace, but I've also had a set of OE spec Bosch pads, which are about £50 for the front, half the price of M1144s and although they probably don't have the same fade resistance of M1144s under extreme use, even after putting the Bosch pads round Mallory and abusing them on the road, I've NEVER found them fading...

Bite very well, lovely feel under foot, cannot fault them for the money, and they're Bosch at the end of the day, they're not cheapo chinese shit...

You pay £100 for Mintex 1144? They are only £60 on my 4 pot calipers. I would have thought gti6 ones would have been around the same.

That can't be them I'm fairly sure, unless that's only for a pair...

The code for Lucas TRW GTI6 brakes is MDB1732M1144/55/66
