as long as you have a stand pass it should be fine mate, doesn't say which one anywhere other than on the covering letter anyway

I've spoken to mark and he has said we have less than ten cars on stand. Therefore we do not have a dedicated stand and have been pushed into a general area with other clubs...

Please can everyone check their stand or entry pass. Blue is on stand. Black is public. If you didn't state 306oc then we have an issue.

Mark down thinks we only have ten cars on stand. The maximum number that gets clubs thrown in the shared area. He's currently looking into the possibility of us having a stand. If you haven't already please check the colour of your stand pass!

Yes we have been moved to a bigger spot backed up against trade. Should be super easy to get out onto track now!

Essentially everyone is front row so make sure theyre clean!

so using the scale on the map looks like we have 50m of length. Make it 45. We have apparently 15 cars on stand so thats 3m width per car. Its also about 7m Deep so can squeeze in a second row if needed. Otherwise looks like we have 3 meters width per car which is more than enough.

I suggest we park staggered like ///////////// so that cars are more visible and look better. If there is extra room we can get the marquee up but not sure how to secure it if there is a slight breeze on the day. If someone has track/road wheels we can use those to tie down to.

Actually mate it would still be illegal to drive while over the prescribed limit (alcohol or drugs) in the circumstances as although it isn't a public road it is a place to which the public have access at the material time by virtue of payment or otherwise. (ie as anyone could pay to camp it's a public place)

yeh so the campsite is meant to be massive. there is meant to be food on site as well! remember the showers are coin operated.

• Up to 200 overflow pitches for major race meetings
• 24 hard-standing pitches for caravans & motorhomes less than 7m
(reserved for motorhomes only on busy weekends)

• 50 Electric hook-up (EHU) points
• Toilets and showers cleaned regularly (L1 per use of shower)
• Chemical waste disposal
• Hotel restaurant and bar open for drinks, bar snacks and meals
• Supermarkets, pubs and restaurants just a 5 minute drive away

There is access from the campsite directly into the show as well by the gate you can see on that web page. I suggest we setup camp in the top right to try and get away from people?

Is the campsite separate to the main track? Easy to spot? Separate postcode?
