Do you have a bottom radiator hose for sale? Mine is the type that pushes into the rad & is held in with a wire clip, there is a smaller hose that attaches to the header tank with a similar fitting & the other end of the large hose attaches to the engine block with a jubilee clip.

It goes, it stops (as reqd).

Buy a new one of those rather than second hand if I were you. Still available from Peugeot for around £20/£25. Alternatively you can buy the O-ring separately if that is seeping - but the metal does corrode so for piece of mind I'd just buy the hose which has a new O-ring attached.

Hi mate I don't have that hose unfortunately but as Dan says probably best off buying a new one as they are prone to corrosion Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk (03-01-2017, 12:00 PM)Magenta Sunset Wrote:(22-07-2016, 05:53 PM)rocker8742 Wrote: Bump Coilies now sold, magenta I haven't had chance to get the bar off yet, is it urgent? The metal end of my hose has rotted so is useless. I thought they were a crazy price - £40-£50, hence I'm looking for a 2nd hand one. Are you sure about that price, they are a whole lot more on ebay?

Current price £31.45 with the VAT. I bought one about 6 months ago and I am sure it was closer to £25 but then the price does fluctuate. NB. there is another similar type that is a few quid more (1351Z3). The £31.45 one will do you. Part no 1351ZV
Be thankful you don't have the earlier type which is no longer available - which is possibly what you are seeing on eBay at an inflated price. By all means buy a used one to save £15 but buying new means it will probably outlast the car. Depends if you are keeping the car I guess. I still have my old one - can be for sale.

Part no 1351ZV With my car being a HDI the hose has a tee on it with a smaller hose going to the header tank so a 1351ZV hose will be no good! I tried the dealers today & the correct hose is a 1351ZQ and is priced at £48 inc vat! Needless to say I didn't order one. I'm going to make up a brass adaptor on the lathe with one end fitting into the radiator with an o-ring same as the original hose. The other end will have a hose barb so it will take the old hose after I cut off the rusted end. I'll take some pics & start a post about it.
