A check list for for a service is a A4 sheet by itself. Do you mean that or a service history?

^^ this is the exact one i used at my last job, exaclty what needs doing. infact ive just downloaded that for home use as i only have copies of olds ones

Autodata list specific service checks for each car and service type...
But tbh. A full service imo is to check everything functions correctly. Wishes for more power...
