Headgasket refitting

Morning all, just want to check, do you guys use any liquid gasket/sealant on these when refitting? I wasn't going to but just want to make sure after someone mentioned it and has got me doubting haha.

thought head-gaskets go on dry?

NEVER use anythig on headgaskets! EVER EVER EVER

yeah, typically the wrapper will have instructions also.
the black coating on an MLS gasket is silicone, and you have the raised lines which bite into the mating surfaces. stop listening to the guy that said use sealant...
need a part number? http://public.servicebox.peugeot.com/ and http://service.citroen.com/ will sort you out.

There is an issue with certian head gaskets and the TU though. A lot of TUs leak oil from the front left corner above the alternator and some have mentioned a way around this is to use sealant on that area only.
Make sure there is red/black sealant on the gasket around this area or it'll just start pissing oil out.
