Hi guy just got a berlingo 1.9d flat diesel and I need abit more power till I get a td engine. I know the 1.9d pumps can be tuned but mine is a 03 plate with a sensor on the throttle arm. Would this cause any problems if I was to turn it up? Btw it's a Lucas pump also

Doubt there's any gains to be had on a NAD mate but u could strap a leaf blower to it lol

I turned mine up when I had one.
Small gains but makes for an easier drive. Can go up hills without having to rev the nuts off of it.
Will use more juice than it already does, those vans are quite thirsty coz of shit engine.
My transit is better on fuel.

i'd just fit turbo motor, the time you spend/waste pissing about with the nad you could have pulled it out and almost put the new engine in imo

I disagree here. There are gains to be had upping to fuel a touch. Its not a great deal as danny says but it does make for an easier drive untill you get the new lump and takes bugger all time to do as well. Thats my opinion anyway. Lol
On a break from 306oc for personal reasons. If anyone needs or wants me most of you have my number and or facebook messenger
Thanks for the good times guys n gals. I might be back. Who knows.

Turn it up slightly and it'll need revving less, but only slightly. If it's smoking noticeably you've gone too far and you're not getting any more power.
