Windows XP, but you can run it on Win 7 with some geekery.

another vote for XP here,
have a dedicated laptop for car stuff being XP https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ GTI6 Info Don’t drive faster than your guardian angel can fly.

i picked up a HP XP laptop for free from Freecycle
