What are the plans for the heater matrix? That's going to make it really hot in the cabin in the summer.

you will need the positive, I think you will need a Univeral Negative lead, that will go on the earth side of things in the boot area, But you will need to earth what ever is on the negative lead in the engine bay.

must be one of the first 106's ive seen with out seat mounts cracked! talking of cracked when you drop your axle asses the beam mounting areas as the body likes to crack and fail, ive seen it on so many just thought id pass it on.

Dunno if it's already been said or done but take the spare wheel and the bracket for it off, take the inner arches out and blast out all the mud behind them to save a few grams
205 gti wheels are fairly heavy BTW might want to consider lighter wheels if your going to the effort of stripping the car Looking good and moving quickly at this speed when do you plan to have it finished?

What wheels would you recommend? And I should have it completely ready for FCS where it will get its maiden voyage

Be great to see it getting hammered at combe,it's nice curcuit where car's with shorter ratios really thrive so you may get a few passes/keep with a lot of cars.

That should give it some nice handling, then the brakes will be updated to 266mm. Unsure what I can do engine wise. It has a induction kit and a full pugs port system already

id look out for some c5 steel/alloy wheels they are one of the lightest wheel combos out there at little cost.

the c5 wheels are lighter, if you go for 1.2's buy direct fit ones with the correct offset. Bloody spacers hate them with passion
