Isn't that a little expensive? Yeah they are rare but surely can't be worth that?
02-09-2014, 10:22 PM
That's the price they always where
You'll not find another set
02-09-2014, 10:24 PM
They are rare and were extremely sought after a few years ago. Think they look a bit silly now.
02-09-2014, 10:25 PM
Not a massive fan personally. I know they were sought after, but not £1260 sought after!

They're not that rare, I've probably seen 4 sets in the last 2 years sell...
Either way, hope you get what you want for them.

I doubt you've seen four sets sell to be honest
More people would have seen them other than you
03-09-2014, 08:14 AM
That's more than the value of 95% of 306s!
If you've got £2k to spend, why not buy a better car instead of a 306 and some wheels that are too big.
03-09-2014, 08:25 AM
Woh! Thats expensive.
Shame they dont look good. Also a shame that you cant put decent width tyres on them! Wishes for more power...

Surely you would throw in free postage with them.

Selling anything with as much information as you could fit on a fag paper is not going to get you anywhere.
No Stud pattern (4 x 108) No wheel width (7.5"?) No Offset / ET No close-ups of tyres or mention of brand Two crappy photo's from a distance The asking price? Top dollar. Yea good luck with that. Disclaimer: The above is not to be taken to heart and is probably a joke, grow up you big girl.

I think its more of a 'LOOK AT ME' post rather than actually being serious about selling them
03-09-2014, 10:09 AM
He'll never get 4 figures for them. Ever.
But I guarantee there'll be a post later saying "sold now, got £1200 for them" just as an attempt to look good

These were popular a few years back - as were supercharger kits and you struggle to shift those these days.
As people mentioned, the values have dropped on the cars so much that people now will not pay that for them. Also not helped by many people finding they are poorly made.

Jesus wept, i literally just spat my drink everywhere when i saw the price! I would say thats a little optimistic, but that would qualify for understatement of the year!
Good luck though i guess!

Theyre cheap compared to a set of works meisters(which yes, i would buy if i could afford). But a hell of a lot more than id pay for a peugeot wheel.
03-09-2014, 10:07 PM
It's not even a 'Peugeot' wheel though. Think of them more of a very expensive TSW wheel

The brand was wheelmania that made these. A limited amount made but can't sell for that much, the price doesn't outweigh what they are. Then again I saw a set no tyres and curbed sell for 800 a few months back. I'd rather get some savaras off a 3008 if I wanted 17's. Or Vortexes/challengers or aidels just because they'd be cheaper. But as my old vortexes proved 17's destroy my rear arches

I have the company that made these wheels on y facebook and asked how much the 17s were to buy brand new, he said £600 with tyres lol, I love these wheels and owen knows I do, but I wouldn't spend 1200 on some, you can get Bentleys for 800-1200 wit tyres!
good luck with the sale own, im sure another irish lad would snap them up, your all wheel slags lol |
