'afternoon all,
I was wiring a towbar in yesterday and came across this yellow wire with a female, blue connector that was a permanent live.
It was taped up against the loom and looked like it was there since the loom was fitted.
Out of curiosity I wondered if anyone knew what this is for?

Does everything work? If so dont worry. But at a guess they use the same wiring harnesses on sevral models abroad or.not. Wires just not connected in this country/model
On a break from 306oc for personal reasons. If anyone needs or wants me most of you have my number and or facebook messenger
Thanks for the good times guys n gals. I might be back. Who knows.

12v for running a fridge when towing a caravan. For use with 12 pin trailer socket maybe.

Its not anywhere near where a boot light may be? The little rectangle ones that come on when the boot opens? Looks like an identical plug to those used in the 106s

The boot light is on the other side. Wonder if its moved over for lhd models? Can't see why it would be though!
