Hi All
After much deliberation by the staff, we have decided on a location and date for this years christmas meet. The location has been decided based on being within range for the majority of our members but also somewhere new for us to try 
Time: Friday 5th December - Sunday 7th December (main meet being during the day on Saturday - more details to come on that one)
Location: Gloucester (Barnwood) Premier inn, Gloucester, GL4 3HR
Currently, Rooms are £29 a night. I have spoken to Premier Inn to see about a group discount which they would of done for us but being only £29 which is their lowest rate, they won't discount it. I would suggest booking soon to avoid disappointment but if for what ever reason a group of people have to book later on and the prices go up, contact me and ill get back on to Premier Inn to see what they can do for us.
The site has a huge car park available with a bowling alley (and i believe laser quest) at the other end. For those that want to go into town for one too many drinks, its a short cab ride or drive for a designated driver (although being Peugeot owners, i would get a cab to avoid breakdown :p ). There is also a nice pub right next door for dinner, drinks and breakfast in the morning. Ive visited this Premier Inn my self in the past on business and its a nice new clean one and most importantly, the beds are great
