Rear Arch Rust

Right, all these posts about the rear quarter rust has got me worried. I stripped it all down and tbh it looks like brand new under there... but, I have the problem that I cant have a rear arch liner due to the lows and wheels im running...

What can I do to stop it from all rusting? Jet wash it clean then waxoil it? Someone said that jet washing it would probs be worst thing I could do, and that id be best just brushing off the most of the dirt then undersealing it.

I just brushed the sort off of mine and the. Under sealed the complete arch area and ill do that again come winter time to make surer
