this is a gauging interest post
if people would be interested in a camping meet in the South West Near EXETER
Kayley my daughter works at Crealy Meadows caravan and camping park
she may be able to set up a good price on a weekend package with access to Crealy park itself
Camp site info http://crealymeadows.co.uk/
Crealy park info http://www.crealy.co.uk/Devon
preferred dates would be September
if a busy weekend is picked we would be put in a separate field within walking access to the site toilet blocks
when there is an idea of numbers kayley can get an idea of cost

What karts do they use, if they are slow ones I wont bother, I'm already realistically far too heavy for karting.

I'm at work at the moment so I am able to put together a price package etc!
Will you all be wanting day access to the park or are you all okay with evening entertainment?
For evening entertainment, it is just the standard cheesy campsite stuff with a huuuuge indoor multi-story adventure play zone with drop slides and ball pits. There is also a bar area and food court.
Obviously, the park will not be open during the evening as it is out of hours. So if you want to see all the animals/rides/ponds etc, then you'd need park entry passes.
I will get some prices based on the amount of people who have already responded to the post.
Cheers

I've just had a look into the evening entertainment side of the camping.
There is no evening entertainment during september, so park tickets would probably be a good idea if you all want to get in during the day.
Could we possibly have a post which has names and how many people are interested?

im guessing some would want camping only and some may want park access
you are going to need to price for all combonations
then you will need to price for the ones that change their mind and what park access on the day

Park passes will be able to be purchased on the day at £10 per person. They will be valid through-out the stay.
Obviously, they are more likely to be cheaper if you purchase them when I have put together a package.

Okay so I have 2 different deals, both for any weekend in September, Friday until Sunday. However, there is an 80's weekend happening on the 19th-21st if that is of an interest??
1st deal is-
£60 per pitch
Including electric hook up and park tickets
Price based on 4 people per pitch.
OR
2nd deal-
£40 per pitch
Including electric hook up and park tickets
Price based on 2 people per pitch.
Extra people per pitch will be at a cost of £7 each, including park tickets.

The whole of september is really quiet, so I am able to block of a section of the campsite just for us.
The field would be difficult as we cannot guarantee how flat is it. You also will be further away from toilet facilities and the park.
You could probably get 2 tents on one pitch, I would need to double check though. Cars would also be parked on the pitches too.

Is entry into the 80's any dearer that youve quoted or is it in the price?
