Looks like £70 for a set of rings. Plus head gasket oil coolant possibly head bolts gasket paste etc. Try some of the "Liquid rebuild" oil treatment. Genuinely works.

IMO, does more damage than good in the long run. There is only one repair for this if your planning on keeping it and being reliable and thats to do it properly.

right well all of this sounds expensive... So i guess its just gonnar have to stay as it is for now, atleast until after pugfest. Poor Cuore

Just don't forget it won't pass an MOT with all the oil passing though the exhaust so get it sorted in plenty of time before hand
