Right, so I'm slowly amounting a lot of parts to fix the car, trouble is I've been putting it off because I don't think my expertise is up to it and I haven't got the room here to do the car at the moment.
I know if I do it by myself it will take a few days, and I'll need the car for work :/
I've got
Rear beam swap
Brake lines to be made
Front lowering springs to be fitted
New drop links
And will have a Bosch soon enough
Does anyone fancy a weekend to bang these on the car?
Will probably only take a day, but safe to do a weekend.
Standard BBQ/beer/pub after and during
What I need is someone up for the jobs, with adequate space, time etc
Lemme know if anyone's interested and we can arrange something
Much love x

Matt it might be a bit far but I can offer use of my unit?
Located close to amesbury?
Air tools, good jacks, kettle and plenty of space too.

I had a lot of help from DeeTurbo recently on my rear beam swap and we fitted lowering springs on the same day. We had a lot of issues with rusted components which slowed it all down, took all day to do those two tasks.

Echoing chris, depending on dates/location, i could be up for coming and helping to make tea or pass tools, not really much good for anything else!

Depending on date, I'm in and ill drag the london crew down with me. Just an idea if your car will last though, do it after Pugfest as thats when everyone will start getting some free time.

Cheers for all the replies, it's why I love you guys <3
When is pugfest again?
Chris the unit sounds perfect! I don't mind abit of travelling, will make it easier with the air tools etc
Well I'm free anytime I can just book time off any when so depending when you guys are all next free?
I'd like it done before pugfest, as I really want to go to pugfest but my beam really isn't up for it if it's done I can go if that makes sense

Pretty much the reason I'm setting a weekend. My luck with this car so far, it's bound to be seized lol

When my steering creaked badly it was the ball joint at fault. May be worth inspecting before you fit all the other gear only to be faced with needing new ball joint(s).

Should probably say this won't be Bournemouth. I don't live there anymore I don't live anywhere, so it's not tied down to a specific place haha it's wherever everyone can get too I'll find somewhere, more than likely be Chris' workshop
