It would probably be easiest to buy a silver centre-console from someone.
If you do want to paint it, you can buy silver paint in any DIY shop.

Yeh I no that mate just bought a vent pod and wanted to keep it oem and stay silver why I was asking. But ill just get a silver no problem.
