Basically I should be buying a phase one next.month or soon after next month for the engine and bosch pump etc. Thought I'd change the dials and interior bits and bobs to. Anything I need to.know when swapping?

Ph1 clocks have a cable driven speedo, the plug ends on the electric window switches are also different although you can swap the door loom easily enough, and the door lock pins are different

So all I'll have to do is run the cable from the engine gearbox I'm putting in. I have keep fit windows.

Not all of them don't - atleast some if not all Phase 1's changed to an electrically rather than cable driven speedo around 1995, but with mechanical rather than the digital odometer as per Phase 2/3's

Ah I see, I'm thinking of my 94 xtdt which had a cable driven speedo, that's the only genuine ph1 I've stripped haha
