hey guys, im new here. i've been lurking for the last few days whilst considering buying a 306 and getting shut of my mondeo estate.
but then after receiving my renewal price for my Mondeo insurance that kind of made the decision for me
So as of this afternoon i'm now the owner of a Silver 2001 Peugeot 306 1.8 meridian.
seats were a little tatty so have chucked some nice blue and black seat covers on.
issues :-
- one of the washer jets are missing
- bottom offside fog is smashed and needs replacing
- hockey sticks not fitted properly - popping out(i think that's what i have seen people refer to them as - small thin panels under the headlights)
- Clutch and accellerator pedals seem a little stiff
- front passenger side window seems to have seized up
not sure whats wrong with the passenger window, when i try and move them up or down they just jolt about 2mm but dont go anywhere!!
i am re-spraying the center console and other plastics matte Blue - - going for a black and blue interior
looking forward to getting to know you guys and bugging you all when something goes wrong! i'm actually looking forward to fixing this car up and making it look nice.
