Yes it is... Cam cover off, cam carriers out, new cam in, bolt back up, cam cover back on, done.

Nope. Will run fine with it. Obviously if you get the mapping tweaked you can make more power.

Basically, it'll relieve some backpressure, make more power with less boost and just make stuff work better.
