Quick question Tom, how have you routed your intercooler piping? I'm struggling to find a suitable sized cooler and finding room for piping as unfortunately I've got pas on my block :z I don't mind hacking the bumper apart but the only way I'm seeing so far is running them under the rad but then my slimline fans get in the way as I've had to mount them behind the rad too.

Cheers

Cheers Tom, been looking at a couple of smaller ones with outlets at the top, so far I've been looking at intercoolers from a 1.6 rs turbo and a land rover defender. Still need to get my posts up so I can put a wanted for a front mount inlet adapter. Also are they c5 steels your running? I need something bigger than the standard 13s on mine lol but still managed to get 1.9 gti calipers behind them with literally a mill clearance ha

Berlingo steels. Would love some C5 ones tbh, the gearing is so short for some reason Sad

Its like car love day today or something, just been in there with a bucket of hot soapy water and a cloth cleaning all the metal in the back still covered in stubborn dirt and "shit" but it is better...

Also fixed my floppy door pocket the best most french way ever!

And generally took that bucket of water and cleaned the door pockets and door cards and i even emptied out the glovebox off all the nuts, bolts, fuses, used condoms, handcuffs, bits of wire, ammo and all that. Just left the handbook and some emergency cable ties in there...

And in just a second im going down the road to my local tyre fitters to get some new top quality Dunlop rubber!! Then im going to come home and do some more cleaning, what a day.

Wheels are bottom priority sadly, the rear torsion bard mean my arches are ruining the tyres so i want to sort that first, then when i need rubber again i will get them all powder coated Smile

I really wish i could come up and watch but i dont think i can afford it Sad I would happily clean your car though i love doing that :p

Its a shit problem, to "properly" fix it you have to buy new door pockets and they're getting hard to come by now. That cable tie holds it perfect, when you open and close the door its just a door sound, not a plasticy smashing sound lol!!

Wish I had some spare dollar to fund your fuel as it would have been nice to meet you mate

...it's only taken 6 months to fit the Bosch kit I bought from you, one of my quickest turn around times lol

Just wanted to say something about the Gulf oil. Its pretty epic, its still golden after 2 days. Normally diesel oil just goes black straight away. Thought that was pretty epic. But yeah tonight, done this...

That gulf sounds good. Do you usually run 5/40? I've been putting 10 40 in mine, does it make much of a difference or is either fine? Couldn't make a definitive choice on what to run to keep it nice and healthy
