Hardly hijacked, someone needed to step in and actually organise something, else it wouldnt have happened.

As I was saying lol, I realise you were just trying to make sure it suited everybody, but it never will. Best bet is just to name a time, date and venue and drash on, suit yourself as it were. Otherwise you'll find yourself still trying to find a suitable date or venue months after the meet was meant to happen, speaking from experience.
